Data controller
Acme Corporation (New York, United States) is the controller ("responsable del tratamiento") of the personal data you leave on its Llyner page. You can reach it by phone at +1 (555) 234-5678.
Data processor
Llyner (llyner.com) provides the technology of this page and processes the data on behalf of Acme Corporation, only to provide the service and following its instructions. Llyner does not sell your data or use it for its own advertising.
What we collect
When you place an order, request an appointment or leave a message: your name, your email address and your phone number.
In an order, also the delivery address and the notes you write; in an appointment, the date and time you chose and your note; in a message, what you write.
What you write in the page's chat and an identifier of the conversation, so the chat can follow it while you have it open.
Only if you accept it in the page's notice, how the page is used (taps and scrolling), measured with Microsoft Clarity; what you read and type stays hidden. If you do not accept, nothing is recorded.
We do not ask for sensitive data. This page is not aimed at minors.
What we use it for
To handle your order: confirm it, prepare it, deliver it or have it ready, charge it, and email you how it is going.
To handle your appointment: confirm, change or cancel it and send you the invitation.
To answer your messages and requests.
So the chat's assistant can answer you: what you write is sent to an artificial intelligence provider (OpenAI), which uses it only to produce the answer.
Your authorization
By continuing with an order, an appointment or a message you accept this policy and authorize the processing of your data for the purposes above. We keep the date and the version of the policy you accepted.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is needed to handle what you asked for and to meet the business's legal obligations (for example, the accounting of a sale). Then it is deleted.
Your rights
As the owner of the data you may: know, update and correct it; ask for proof of the authorization you gave; learn how it has been used; revoke the authorization or ask for it to be deleted when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; access it free of charge; and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
How to exercise them
Use the "Exercise my rights" form on this page: your request goes straight to Acme Corporation. You can reach it by phone at +1 (555) 234-5678.
Inquiries are answered within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days of being received. If that is not possible, we will tell you why and when you will have the answer (up to 5 more business days for an inquiry and 8 for a claim).
Before filing a complaint with the SIC you must have made the inquiry or claim to the controller.
Security
The data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored on servers with restricted access. Only Acme Corporation and the Llyner staff who provide the service can see it.
Changes and version
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date. This is the version of October 9, 2026, in force from that day.
Applicable law: Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013 (compiled in Decreto 1074 de 2015).
