Analysis of your business

Find out where your business really stands. We read what your customers write about you on Google Maps, Yelp, Tripadvisor and Facebook, compare you with the places near you, and turn it into a short report you can read on your phone: 8 to 10 pages, mostly charts, checkmarks and real quotes.

What you get:

• Your summary: one score out of 100, a score for each pillar, what your customers love, what annoys them and what they wish you had, and your top 3 actions for this month.

• 1. Your reputation: your Google, Yelp and Tripadvisor ratings side by side, your rating over the last 12 months, and how many reviews you answered and how fast.

• 2. What your customers say: the love / annoy / wish lists with real quotes, what each annoyance costs you in stars ("reviews that mention the wait average 2.8★"), and whether it is growing or fading.

• 3. Can people find you?: a checklist of your profiles (menu, hours, photos) and where you rank for searches like "café near me".

• 4. You vs. your competitors: you and 5 to 10 places nearby by rating, reviews, price and replies, a price vs. rating map, and what customers praise them for that they don't praise you for.

• 5. Your season and your customers' next step: your busy and quiet months, whether your rating drops when it's busy, what works on your Facebook, and how many clicks it takes to see your menu, book, order or message you.

• Your action plan: quick wins for this week, what to plan this quarter and the big bets, each with its reason ("19 customers asked for this").
